Boarding

No matter where you’re going, or where you’re coming from, rest assured that our priority is keeping your furry friend happy, healthy and safe.

Overview

Convenient location, specialized care, and a well-trained, compassionate staff make us the top choice among pet owners looking for a trust-worthy establishment to board their pets. We treat every pet as if they were part of our family and strive to make their stay with us as comfortable and fun-filled as possible. We want your pet(s) to think of our facility as a home away from home. You can rest easy knowing our team will go the extra mile to ensure your pet(s) needs are met during their stay. You can request specific services like medication administration, baths (K-9s only), nail trims, ear cleaning, or other medical services, and we will make sure it happens. Whether your pet is here for a day of pampering, or as an overnight guest vacationing with us, we make your pet(s) our number one priority. To kickstart your reservation for your pet’s vacation, complete one of our reservation forms. Once you complete the boarding form give us a call at 407-380-3011 to complete your reservation. Filling out the boarding form DOES NOT complete the reservation. You must speak to a customer care representative to confirm boarding dates and details.

Medical Requirements

All pets being boarded are required to have a NEGATIVE FECAL within the last 6 months. Proof that a pet is current on flea prevention is required. If your pet is not current on flea prevention you will be required to purchase flea prevention at the hospital when you drop off for boarding.

We require the following vaccines for dog boarders:

  • Rabies

  • Bordetella

  • Distemper/Parvo

  • Canine Influenza.

We require the following vaccines for cat boarders:

  • Rabies

  • FVRCP

Proof of vaccines/fecals from other hospitals are accepted but must be sent prior to boarding. All pets being boarded are required to have a valid exam with our hospital within the last year. This includes existing clients who have not been seen at the hospital within the last year. New boarders will need to schedule the exam and receive any required vaccine services with the hospital prior to dropping off for their boarding reservation. Your pet(s) will be dropped off for the day during this exam so our team can spend time getting acquainted with your pet and ensure it will be a good fit for both the hospital and your pet.

Important Things To Know

Our medical team is onsite to assist with the needs for your pet and is available should your pet need medical attention or services. All food servings must be packaged in zip lock bags by the serving with your dog’s name and AM or PM on them prior to check in. (For pets who have a refrigerated diet or have canned food, please label the can, or use zip lock bags). Our boarding kennels for dogs over 20 pounds do not have a ceiling. For the safety of your dog, if they are over 20 pounds and can climb fences, rails, walls or can jump we would not recommend boarding in our facility. We do not have staff onsite 24/7, however your pets will be fed, walked, and given quality time with our kennel staff at least 3 times throughout the day, 7 days a week. Our facility is monitored 24/7 by a security system and is equipped with sprinklers in case of emergency. For the safety of the pets visiting the hospital, and to avoid infestation, no personal items such as blankets, pillows, clothes, beds, or plush toys will be accepted unless deemed medically necessary by a veterinarian. We require administering capstar if live fleas are found on your pet. We require flea prevention for all pets boarding. If you are not current on flea prevention it is available for purchase at the hospital. There are no drop offs or pick ups on Sunday as our facility is closed. All pets must be picked up by 5pm on the scheduled pick up day.
