Melissa grew up in western New York. She moved to Orlando after graduating High School. Melissa has been working in vet medicine since 2003 as she has always felt a connection with animals. At previous hospital, Melissa performed the role of lead technician for 13 + years.  She moved on to pursue a role as a customer service representative when joining the Vista Lakes team in March 2022.  Melissa enjoys the company of her 2 cats - Groot & Fury pictured here. Outside of work Melissa enjoys cruising & going to Disney world.
